Tuesday@ 1200hrs – Boxercise -  PTL led

Wednesday @ 1200hrs – Spinning – PTI led

Thursday @ 1200hrs – Bodyblast – PTI led

Friday @ 1200hrs – Urban Bounce/Upperbody work out/Ab workout – Harriet Cooksey

All classes are open to gym members and there is no fee!  Yes you read right its FREE!!!!!

There is no need to book just come along.  All levels of fitness welcome.
