Carillion Amey Request to Occupants of Service Families Accommodation at St Athan

Where void properties have a driveway or driveway/garage it has been noticed that occupants of neighbouring properties are utilising this vacant parking space. Whilst we appreciate the reasons for this it causes issues as this blocks access to either the garage or the house. Works are undertaken during the void period in order to maintain the property and inhibited access can lead to trips and slips on the grass during inclement weather and possible damage to vehicles whilst trying to squeeze past.
Can I ask that you please avoid parking your vehicles in this way and stick to your designated area and the main street.

Additionally , can I ask that all dog waste is picked up and disposed of in the appropriate manner. The compound situated in the parking area adjacent to the wire at Bullfinch Road has become a targeted area to dump such waste leaving operatives the task of cleaning up. DIO have approved dog waste bins and these are just awaiting approval so the contractor can fit accordingly
